Does the product provide sizes?
Most of our products are available in All Size (fits from size S to L). However for some other products, we might have smaller or larger size. We will notify on the product page if the concerning product is available in varied sizes.

What do I do if I have received the package but there is a problem with the products?

Order
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. First, you have to register an account to purchase any of our products. You can easily checkout your orders and do payment with the account. There’s no need to refill any more order form every time you come back to purchase our products.

When can I get my order?
Order will be processed after you place an order, transfer and confirm your payment (if you choose BCA as payment method), we will process the next day or within 24 hours.
Note: After we check the payment, preparing and packing the goods, we will deliver the goods to the shipping company. After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 2-5 days for domestic deliveries.

Do you accept credit card payments?
No. For now, we only accept payment by OCBC (Virtual Account) and BCA Transfer.

Is it possible to order your sold out items?
You can email us at order@standforwoman.com and tell us which product do you want to purchase. We will help to answer your queries regarding the availability of the products and will there be backorders for this item (back in stock).

What do I do if I have completed the payment but haven’t received the package after over the estimated delivery time?
If you choose BCA Transfer as a payment method, don’t forget to confirm your payment through our webstore after completing your payment. If you haven’t confirmed until the time limit, then your order will be canceled.
