You may exchange your purchased products. Here are the details:

1. Product with Size
Product with sizes is exchangeable with the same item in a smaller or bigger size.
If the required size is not available, you may change into other available colors.
If all colors and sizes are not available, you may change into a different product with lower

2. Defective Products
We deeply apologise if we sent you a defective product.
Defective product will be exchanged into the correct product with the same size and color if it is still available.
If the product is not available anymore, we will share a complimentary voucher for next purchase.

3. Incorrect Product Received
Incorrect product will be exchanged to the correct product.
If the product is not available anymore, we will share a complimentary voucher for next purchase.

However, these are the following items that cannot be exchanged:

2. If you do not like the products

Here’s how to:
1. Notify your exchange request through our LINE @standforwoman / Whatsapp 082112342642 by informing on which items you would like to exchange and the reason, in maximum of 5 working days after you have received the product.
2. Send the product within 2 working days after we confirm on the exchange. The address will be given once confirmed.
3. You will handle shipping fee on the returned and exchanged products.
4. Please notify us by LINE/ Whatsapp once the package has been sent out.
5. If we haven’t received your package within 5 working days, we reserve the right to cancel your exchange.
6. The replaced product will be processed within 3 working days after we received and checked the product.
